Characterized by its red soil, the estate covers 122 hectares. Planted with Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle and Viognier grapes. The vineyard is fully trellised to face the onslaught of the mistral and capture maximum sunshine.
The grapes harvested at night are sent to the winery of the estate where they are worked using advanced techniques: traditional maceration for vinification for the red wine, direct pressing with pellicule maceration for the production of white and rosé wines.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Year-end Closure: Closed from December 24th to 28th inclusive.
Reduced Hours: Closing at 3:30 PM on December 23rd & 31st.
Annual Leave (Cellar Closure):

From January 30th to February 14th (Holiday)
January/February Period: The cellar will be open Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm (outside the holiday periods mentioned above).
